Hydrolyzed Soy and Wheat Protein in Shampoo & Conditioner

Hi Randy, What do you think of the ingredients for this shampoo and conditioner? http://www.paulaschoice.com/all-over-hair-and-body-shampoo/500.html?cgid=category-hair-care#start=1 and http://www.paulaschoice.com/smooth-finish-conditioner/520.html?cgid=category-hair-care#start=1 The shampoo has hydrolyzed soy protein and the conditioner has hydrolyzed wheat protein. Do these ingredients actually do anything? If not, does this still look like a good formula? If anyone on the board has tried it, please chime in with your review!
