Hi
Has anybody heard about about a new treatment for fine hair? L’Oreal patented this and from their site: loreal.com/research-and-innovation/the-great-discoveries/the-major-active-ingredients-developed-by-l’oréal-research
Intra-Cylane® & Filloxane® are exceptional molecules. They are
capable of penetrating to the core of hair fiber to create a flexible
and resistant molecular network that fills out and strengthens the
fiber. To design them, the researchers were inspired by a chemical
process called sol-gel. Used particularly in the glass industry, it
consists of modifying certain materials to transform them from a
solution state to a solid gel state. At present, we find Intra-Cylane®
and Filloxane® in hair care products and routines for thin, dull,
damaged, low density hair in different brands Kérastase, L’Oréal
Professional, L’Oréal Paris, Vichy, Garnier and Matrix (US).
And:
The 1st anti-thinning serum enriched with Intra-cylane™ to instantly
thicken every hair strand and remains in the hair fibre for up to 10
shampoos for a cumulative thickening effect.
But I can’t find any study. If it works, is it similar to what the coconut oil does?
