Leave-in conditioners.

I’m searching for a moisturising and smoothing leave-in conditioner for dry hair.
I would like a product that is not too heavy and greasy, but a bit of weight is okay. 

I recently tried the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil-in-Cream for Dry, Rough Hair: 

Aqua/Water, Cocos Nucifera Oil/Coconut Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Esters, Cetyl Alcohol, Amodimethicone, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, CI 15985 / Yellow 6, CI 19140 / Yellow 5, Chamomilla Recutita Extract / Matricaria Flower Extract, Lactic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Trideceth-6, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil / Sunflower Oil, Nelumbium Speciosum Extract / Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, Cinnamal, Linalool, Linum Usitatissimum Flower Extract, Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Caramel, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract, Rosa Canina Flower Extract, Bisabolol, BHT, Cetrimonium Chloride, Glycine Soja Oil / Soybean Oil, Parfum / Fragrance (F.I.L. C171321/1) 

It was okay but certainly not extraordinary. I applied a reasonable sized amount to damp hair then let it air dry. I did notice a difference but it wasn’t what I’d hoped for, there wasn’t enough smoothness and slip which is a shame because the majority of reviews for it are positive. 

I’ve found another product to try and although it’s marketed to people with relaxed hair, I’m wondering if it might be suitable for me as long as I don’t use too much? 

Pantene Pro-V Truly Relaxed Oil Crème Moisturizer: 

Water, Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isodecyl Oleate, Sorbitan Stearate, Dicetyl Phosphate, Ceteth 10 Phosphate, Paraffin, Fragrance, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Decyl Oleate, Triethanolamine, PEG 100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Propylparaben, Panthenol, Panthenyl Ethyl Ether, Lysine HCl, Methyl Tyrosinate HCl, Histidine, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil. 

Even though it’s called a “Oil Crème Moisturizer” does this mean it’s still technically a leave-in conditioner? 

Is this product likely to be more moisturising and smoothing than the L’Oréal product?
