I’ve seen a product called Radial C Liquid Gold which claims it can improve skin brightness and firmness by delivering vitamin C into the skin.  The claims say the formulation and type of ascorbic acid make this a superior product.  It costs $59 for 1/2 oz.  The ingredients from the website are below.  Do you think this formulation would be able to deliver on its claims?

Water, Silica Silylate (1), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (1), Dimethicone (3), 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (1), Methyl Propanediol (1), Dipropylene Glycol (1), Hydrogenated Lecithin (2)

It doesn’t use the most effective form of Vitamin C. You can find other products that use ascorbic acid that are cheaper.
