    Does anybody know about the technology behind Pro Fiber (http://www.lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/pro-fiber)? It’s an in-salon and at-home line of treatments specifically for damaged hair.

    They mention APTYL 100 molecular complex, aminosilane and some special cationic polymer but not much else. What makes this different from standard conditioners?

    Thanks a lot, RandyS! I didn’t realize that it was the exact same “sol gel” technology until I saw some of the ingredients lists from the range – and yes, it looks like it’s all about aminopropyl triethoxysilane. Thank you very much, Randy!
