Hi! I want to buy a gentle fragrance free cleanser in a budget. And I searched in Amazon and I found this cleanser which is more expensive than others. I would like to ask whether it worth this price. If not, could you give me some recommendation? I have oily skin and acne by the way. Thank you.

Hi Tiffany. The product uses very mild cleansers which is good. But some of these are amino acid derived and those tend to cost more so I’m not surprised the price is higher.

There are zillions of face cleansers at all price points so it’s really hard to point you in the right direction. Maybe one of our other readers will share some of their favorites.

You may also want to consider using a medicated acne cleanser if that’s a serious problem for you.

Thanks, Randy! It helps a lot. According to AAD, it says I should apply a gentle (alcohol free, nonabrasive) cleanser for acne treatment.(https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/acne-and-rosacea/acne) And I am hesitating between two products. One is the Sebamed cleanser and the other is Neutrogena, Cleansing Extra Gentle Cleanser, Fragrance Free, 6.7 fl oz. It seems Neutrogena cleanser is cheaper while the average price is higher than the Sebamed. Thus, could you help me figure out which one is better so that I could choose a quality one? Thank you. By the way, my acne is not that serious and I just want to be safe.

Based on the ingredients the Neutrogena product looks fine.
