shampoo and conditioner series for colored blonde hair. This product claims to

December 14, 2015 at 2:32 pm #95374RandySMemberPurple dye (specifically Ext Violet #2) is good for cancelling out certain yellow shades that make blond hair look “chicken yellow.” Of course, too much purple and you’ll look like Kelley Osborne.
December 15, 2015 at 12:04 pm #95381katebesMemberThank you Randy. Does it mean that I can try to find cheaper alternatives with this dye to this shampoo?
December 15, 2015 at 12:52 pm #95382RandySMemberYes, you should be able to. Just look for shampoo for blonde hair that has that ingredient. If you find one you want to try I’d be happy to look at the ingredient list for you.

August 3, 2017 at 8:19 am #97466AlichinoMemberI have another question raised on my long hair network.
The product description of a common silver shampoo notes, that it is not suitable for natural blonde hair (but for grey hair!?).
It is also with CI 60730 (Acid Violet 43). Apart from that nothing special.
But why this remark, though these are just violet pigments? Would they dye to much or not at all? -
