    I’m not familiar with this site or anything. What sunscreen are they using? It says the sunscreen users had less signs of aging over 4.5 years than the non sunscreen user group.

    Also is this study too small to really prove anything?

    I don’t see all the details in the link you provided so I don’t know what sunscreen they used – it just says SPF 15. But it is well known that UV exposure is a cause of skin damage and wrinkles so it makes sense that using sunscreen would have an anti-aging effect.
