Okay, so as you can see, I’m facing quite a dilemma here (1st World problems, of course):
I have combination skin. And when I say combination, I really mean it: sometimes it’s oily, with occasional pimples (correlated with my period), sensitive (especially to alcohol which makes it red) and sometimes dry’n’flaky (especially in the winter). I also have an allergic background overall, which makes me sensitive to a series of products / ingredients (I’m sensitive to harsh ones).
Right now, I’m successfully using Avene Tolerance Extreme lotion to remove make-up and Bioderma Sebium Micellar Water to remove what’s left. But after I’m done with these two, I’d like to – you know – wash my face. BUT with what?
Bioderma’s Sebium cleansing gel made my face feel tight and unusual.
Now, I’d like to buy one of the following:1. Avene Cleanance Cleansing Gel
AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER (AVENE AQUA). WATER (AQUA). SODIUM LAUROYL METHYL ISETHIONATE. ZINC COCETH SULFATE. POLYSORBATE 20. SODIUM COCOAMPHOACETATE. CETEARETH-60 MYRISTYL GLYCOL. PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL. GREEN 5 (CI 61570). CITRIC ACID. DISODIUM EDTA. FRAGRANCE (PARFUM). GLYCERYL LAURATE. SODIUM BENZOATE. SODIUM HYDROXIDE. SODIUM SULPHATE. YELLOW 5 (CI 19140). ZINC GLUCONATE.
2. Bioderma Sensibio
AQUA/WATER/EAU, SODIUM COCOAMPHOACETATE, PROPANEDIOL, SODIUM LAUROYL SARCOSINATE, CITRIC ACID, COCO-GLUCOSIDE, GLYCERYL OLEATE, SODIUM CITRATE, PEG-90 GLYCERYL ISOSTEARATE, MANNITOL, XYLITOL, LAURETH-2, RHAMNOSE, FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES, TOCOPHEROL, HYDROGENATED PALM GLYCERIDES CITRATE, LECITHIN, ASCORBYL PALMITATE.
3. Ivatherm Ivapur

Thanks a bunch!August 10, 2017 at 1:01 pm #97478RandySMemberBased on the ingredient list and the way you described your skin problems I’d say they’re worth a try. I’d start with the cheapest one and work your way up.

I find this so soothing and removes makeup very well– then wash off in shower or wet wash cloth. When i dont do that i do a double cleanse with DHC product which has helped alot.
