Another excellent show-gram! I wish you focussed much, much, more on the comic book roots of your former co-host and less on the blah, blah, blah beauty science that you seem so obsessed with.

Having said that, I would like to point out that you missed a very important factor about water-containing hairsprays: they induce curl droop because the moisture relaxes the hydrogen bonds in the styled hair. Water free products do a much better job of locking in your style.

Finally, regarding the benefits of beer in shampoo, I would ask Perry if he’s ever commented on a woman’s hairstyle after consuming a few brewskis. Perhaps there’s a psychological benefit to beer in hair care that you haven’t considered. I would be willing to fund such a research program through your Patreon account.

Thanks so much for the comments! We’ll have to work up a protocol for that study. Incidentally, it’s nice that they give you a little time off from your Hollywood writing duties to still visit our little blog science project.
