    Japanese cosmetics stores fellow a kind of “philosophy” called “omotenashi”. (This word will be very heard in the western world due the Olympic games in Japan in 2020).

    Due the preference of the Japanese consumer for the “omotenashi” way, French chain cosmetic stores like Sephora aren’t in Japan. 

    I’m curious: would you like to be treated like the way is showed in the articles? Or do you still prefer a “Sephora system”?
