I excercise five times a week, always in the evening. I don't use makeup often, but I always put sunscreen on - and as my skin is quite sensitive, I don't know if I should let my skin marinate in silicones, waxes and whatever traces of grime and pollution are on my face after a long day. Skin temperature rises during excercise, and I wonder if the heat 'opens' pores as it would during a facial to let the potentially irritating mix penetrate deep and cause breakouts ? But if I cleanse prior to excercising, my skin feels tight, even with a supergentle cleansing milk. So I put on moisturizer, work out, and cleanse again, because, obviously, there's sweat on my face.
So what's worse? Working out in sunscreen or cleansing the hell out of my skin? And what's the deal with the heat + skincare absorption? Night creams are supposed to deliver skin care ingrediends better because skin heats up at night physiologically in order to cool down the core temperature...
What do you think ?
